2024 Kick-Off OBBA January Luncheon Meeting
Happy New Year! Yes we kick-off January 10, 2024 (can you believe it we're typing 2024 in emails) for our Monthly OBBA Luncheon Meeting.
What's changed with our work? It's a New Year! New perspectives, new opportunities and new information to consider when it comes to getting your business sales wrapped up to get to the closing table.
Join your fellow OBBA, NOBBA (Northern Ohio Business Brokers Association) and Affiliate Members, our esteemed Sponsors and Industry Collaborators for this monthly get together to start off your year.
For our speaker series, our OBBA Sponsor, Mr. Jim Bishop of Morgan Stanley will speak to us and cite perspectives of how 2023 fared and perspectives on 2024. I know it's still early to spout out some economic forecast as the "2024 Crystal Ball" just started to clear up to tell us the future. Of course, I'm kidding but if there is such a Crystal Ball what will 2024 look like? What should the business owners we work with be thinking about when it comes to retiring from their business?
My take on all this is we create what picture we see in that Crystal Ball with regard to our own individual future. You are so fortunate that with our industry you, you have the ability to create what this picture looks like eventually.
We will be in the midst of an interesting year with many talks about the election, global unrest, climatological impacts, etc and what it does to our industry. You name it and many negative aspects can dominate the news in 2024. Be prepared on both the business and personal front.
I'm looking forward to catching-up with all of you as with the holidays I know it seems it's been days since we saw each other. Don't miss our 2024 Kick-Off luncheon!
