It's that time of the month where we get together for a "brain thrust", put our thinking caps on and discuss challenges, success and the ongoing puzzles of our complicated industry. 

Last month we covered the Business Buyer Pre-Screening Process.  How do you qualify them, work with them and "process them."  We learned a lot and for this month, let's discuss items on the Market Pulse Survey and let's talk about how you can have a great finish in 2022!  How do you really use this important and critical tool in winning listings, closing deals and manage your seller and buyer relationships.
