We have Mr. Lewis Vanlandingham Vice President of International Business Brokers Association Award-Winning Blue River Financial, Mergers & Acquisition that will be speaking to Ohio Business Brokers Association. This will truly be an interesting session as we have had Lewis speak at previous OBBA meetings at one of our Kegler Brown event on the paradigm of sales. For this meeting, Lewis will discuss with us his journey and share business brokerage perspectives.
From having been a business buyer involved with vetting businesses to acquire to his evolution now to be on the advisory side of acquisition transactions, Lewis will provide insight to our industry and market. In Lewis’ role, he works with Private Equity and the Family Office world along with UHNW entrepreneurs with various acquisition interests. You want in on this game? Well Lewis will help you understand what business buyers are looking for in an acquisition and segmenting for us the difference between small business acquisition to an institutional acquisition.
